Vandal!

One of our services at The UPS Store is mailbox rentals. When people are past due on their rental renewal payments, we block their mailbox with a plastic block. We can still put away their mail, but they don't have access to it until they pay. Yesterday, I notice someones mail which I blocked was missing! I took out the block to notice shards of plastic in the bottom...someone broke into their OWN mailbox and STOLE their own mail!! For some reason, I have a feeling he has no intention of renewing his box. :D Time for a lock change!
