Wait, Who Am I?

I pick up the phone, saying "Thank you for calling The UPS Store. How can I help you?"
To which the voice on the other end then asks "Is this the Post Office?"
"No." I reply, "This is the UPS Store."
Again, he says "Oh, this isn't the Post Office?"
